The AC dies in July, not in the brochure.

The prompts they type
Four questions decide who gets the call.
Emergency
"Who fixes a burst pipe right now near me?"
Cost
"How much to replace a water heater in Dallas?"
Comparison
"Best HVAC company in Dallas?"
Reputation
"Licensed electrician with good reviews near me?"
We run the full set of buyer prompts across five engines every month and track every company the answers name. That list is the scoreboard.
Named, or invisible
The answer has three names on it.
> who should I call for a leaky faucet in Dallas?
- 1.A national franchise
- 2.Local Shop B
- 3.Local Shop C
Your business: not mentioned
Same question. The customer only ever sees one of these.
What the engines reward
Two kinds of engine. Two ways to win.
Burst pipes and dead ACs get searched once and called once. The engines lean on Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles, Nextdoor recommendations, license signals on your site, and reviews that mention emergency response. We line every signal up so the homeowner's one call is to you.
What we build
Named for burst-pipe and dead-AC searches
Each trade tagged and findable in its own section
License and warranty proof up front
Fresh reviews collected after every job
What we run
For home services, most owners start with Visibility.
We run HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Does that dilute us?
Not on one page, no. We write and tag each trade's content separately within the page and its profiles, so an engine reads plumbing, HVAC, and electrical as distinct expertise, not one generalist listing.
The emergencies come after hours. Can you catch those?
The phone assistant is built for restaurants today, so we can't answer the phone for you yet. What we do is make sure the after-hours search ends on your number: licensing, reviews, and emergency-response language visible before anyone else picks up.
We already pay Angi and HomeAdvisor for leads. Is this the same thing?
No. They sell you a lead that other companies also bought. We make you the name AI gives when the homeowner asks, and the same signals lift your Angi, HomeAdvisor and Google profiles along the way.
Which sources decide the answer for home services?
Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles, Nextdoor recommendations, license and warranty signals on your site, and reviews that mention emergency response. We line up every one so the homeowner's one call is to you.
How long before AI names us?
The first edits go live inside two weeks. Engine movement takes two to three weeks at the very minimum, and it can run longer. The engines re-index on their own schedule, and nobody controls that, regardless of what we do.
Do we need a new website?
No. We work on the one you have: each trade in its own section, license and warranty proof up front, plain answers to the burst-pipe and dead-AC questions. The website work is part of the plan.
